General policies

1. Madilyn Clark Studios reserves the right to refuse service or decline a booking when studio policies are violated.
2. New clients must sign a release of liability before their first booking.
3. Please be respectful of other clients and notify the studio about schedule changes, late arrival, or questions during your session.
4. If a previous session runs late, notify a staff member so we can assist.
5. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended items.
6. Alcohol and illegal substances are not permitted on or around the premises. Violations may result in immediate removal and refusal of future bookings.
7. Clients are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party to studio or neighboring property.
8. All accompanying guests must sign in before participating in lessons, rehearsals, or similar activities.

Studio rentals

1. Bookings end on time for the next client. Begin wrapping up about five minutes before your session ends.
2. The full rental amount is due even when a session finishes early.
3. Auditions, ongoing classes, filming, photography, and recording require advance studio approval.
4. A deposit and credit or debit card are required to secure studio time. The card is charged when the booking is confirmed.
5. Auditions that exceed lobby capacity or disturb other clients may require a separate studio.
6. Alternative payment arrangements for recurring bookings must be approved in advance.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be made by calling the office, leaving a voicemail, or emailing the studio. When notice is received within the required window, you will not be charged even if the studio has not yet responded.
